Fine, let it flow. But what does that actually mean? From a personal empowerment point of view, letting it flow doesn’t necessarily indicate that you allow an event to occur without interaction or intervention merely because it is happening! It may well be that, for you, letting it flow in a particular situation or circumstance means that you directly engage an event, interact, but in alignment with your own internal direction. Accordingly, the point of letting it flow is to follow your own inner voice yet not interact in such a way that you oppose yourself and your energy.

Expanded Tip #8: Letting it flow is a powerful perceptual movement which gets traction as you follow your own internal compass and do not oppose yourself.

Tip #7: appreciate yourself in this moment

A new-and-improved you is a poor substitute, indeed, for who are already are, right now. For in this very moment you are unbelievably powerful. It is unbelievable only because you don’t believe it! To believe it, that is, to gain experiential awareness of your personal power, refocus your attention within each moment of time in appreciation of some aspect of yourself. That action automatically expands your perspective and thus your awareness of the power you actually possess.

Expanded Tip #7: To gain an objective awareness of your own personal power, focus your attention such that you appreciate yourself within each moment.

Tip #6: do it to understand it

Understanding any particular thing comes from actually interacting. This does not mean that the conceptualization of something is not in itself a kind of doing. What it does mean, however, is that by actually engaging in physical action in any area you gain enhanced experience. This naturally gives you more access to, and confidence in, your own personal power.

Expanded Tip #6: To gain enhanced understanding and confidence of something, anything, proactively interact with it.

This tip may appear simplistic, but it’s actually a key to unlocking what may otherwise seem to be happening to you. Becoming aware of what you are actually doing within each moment of time will reveal the difference between spontaneity-in-awareness on the one hand and automatic-conditioned-responses on the other hand. This is a powerful path toward freedom of expression.

Tip #4: personal power comes from within
